Lottery…

I’ve been asked this question a few times, “What would you do with $1 million?” and I’ve, for the past maybe two years, had the same answer. “I’d give half or more, maybe even all to charity and the rest goes into my bank account.”

I don’t want a lot of money. I am not the type to want to be rich, powerful or popular. I am fine with who I am and I feel that any charity would be better off with the money than I.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Many people now days throw away what does not have an appealing cover. This could be books (hence the saying, ‘don’t judge a book by it’s cover’ as the title reads), clothes, food or even people.
War breaks out because people are different. Some think people with different skin colour are dangerous or different. Yes, they may have a different personality, but they are the same as everyone else.

I admit, some people in this world can be dangerous, but it doesn’t mean everyone who looks different is a bad person. Or that you should dislike them straight off for they are different religion, or heritage or their family background is different to yours. Nobody should dismiss someone they do not know.

I, like many others, would like to send the message through the world for Peace on Earth.

No more war or fights to break out. No more discrimination towards others. Share the land, share the turf you set foot upon with others. Allow people to get to know you better, allow yourself to get to know others better. Treat others equally, invite them into your lives.

Do not judge people by their covers. Do not judge from what you see, but from what you know.

For now and forever, until it happens, PEACE ON EARTH!

ANZAC tribute.

I know tis a bit late, but to show mine, and thousands of others around the country, apppreication to the men and women who faught for their lives, it had to be said.

Australian and New Zealand Army corps, or better known as ANZAC.

Many men and some women risked their lives during World War I and World War II, to save their country. Many lieing about their age to apply, being maybe 16 or 17 at the time. 18 being the legal age, they defended our country. Many of thousands died protecting our land.

For this we thank them annually with ANZAC day on 25th April every year.

First post.

Hello to everyone reading this.

My name’s Michaela and I’m 14 years young.

My auntie Ange introduced me to wordpress.com while I was writing a post on her blog at Ange’s biz. check it out.

Okay, so this is my first post and I’m just getting used to it. I’ll update every few days or so if possible. Also, I’m still just figuring out how this site works so I may be slow on replies and such. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
